I had a really nice stay at this place for the price, with a recently refurbished room that came with extra towels, free WiFi, and a fridge.

The location couldn't be more convenient in a good part of town. Got the same great-sized and recently renovated double room on the main level booked online, loved that. The hotel met requests, I would love to come back here some time;))
The staff was not so helpful.

It was relaxing on the main level. the climate control and flat-screen TV with cable channels worked well. the location was fantastic, situated in a great area, right by the market and New York State, and close to restaurants.

Fine amenities, convenient and peaceful setting.
Clean hotel in a nice building not far from a good area, restaurants and food stores, and the arena. Easy check-in, excellent employees. Recently renovated and great-sized rooms with all facilities, and outstanding services. Plenty of supplies in the room: climate control and TV set.

The hotel location was close to Dunkin Donuts.
Rough sheets and blankets. Comforters and drapes were mismatched. Dirty carpet. Sink surface was cracked all over.

There was no phone in our room.. weird... and we had to ask for an iron / hair dryer. Hallway reeked of cigarettes eventhough we had a non-smoking room.. the room did not smell like smoke thankfully.

Lights didn't work construction jack hammers freeway/traffic noise miserable bed towels so thin they could not absorb one hand washing sheets didn't fit bedspread dirty
